Fyrkat Viking Centre - 1 |
|

The Fyrkat Viking Centre consists of two locations just
outside the town of Hobro. The first site is at the original "Viking
fortification" which dates more than 1,000 years back. This site
mainly consist of a huge circular earthwork, which made up the outer
wall of the fortress. The other site contains a number replicas of
Viking houses, where it is possible to see how the Vikings lived.
