Germany - Sachsenhausen KZ Camp |
|

The Sachsenhausen KZ Concentration Camp is located in
Oranienburg - just north of Berlin. The camp was a Nazi
concentration camp used primarily for political prisoners from 1936
to the end of World War II in May, 1945. After World War II the
structure was used as a Soviet NKVD special camp until 1950. The
remaining buildings and grounds are now open to the public as a
museum.
