Fort Rinalla is a rather small fort in Kalkara - just outside
Valletta. The fort was build by the British forces in the 1880's. It
was build to house one of the two big Armstrong 100 ton guns, that
were to be a part of the protection of the harbour at Valetta. Today
there is a small museum at the barracks that was used by the crew
that manned this gigantic gun.
